With a narrower width (43 to 51 cm), the ROCKET SUP DW PRO is designed for those seeking maximum performance on their downwind adventures. Available in seven sizes with volumes ranging from 90 L to 140 L, this board offers exceptional glide and amazing performance on smaller, faster foils.

While its new shape is similar to that of the latest ROCKET SUP DW, the PRO version is narrower, which implies a slight loss of accessibility in exchange for greater speed and glide, making it the ideal choice for experienced downwind riders.

These boards are very stable thanks to their ideal volume distribution, parallel outline, and very straight rails in the center. This results in greater glide, which greatly facilitates paddling and take-off. With a slightly redesigned nose and bottom, the ROCKET SUP DW PRO also offers greater forgiveness during the take-off phase.

A wide step at the tail allows the rider to pump the board without the tail dipping into the water with each pump. A second, smaller step was added to the hull, closer to the tail, above the one already present in front of the twin rails. These two steps effectively reduce drag during takeoff accelerations and landings. The second step helps create a clean break to channel water flow at the rear without generating excessive drag while moving. It also limits speed loss on occasional landings.

Once on the foil, the ROCKET SUP DW PRO is extremely intuitive, stable, and comfortable thanks to its easy pumping and turning. The subtly recessed, cockpit-shaped deck is now slightly more pronounced, with a bit more volume at the front and rear, bringing you closer to the foil and resulting in excellent board control in flight.

The ROCKET SUP DW PRO is ideal for short to medium period waves (like those in the Mediterranean), while the ROCKET SUP DW COMP takes off better in long period swells (like those on Oahu), which are faster and require a longer and narrower board.

The ROCKET SUP DW PRO is also incredible with a wingfoil in light winds and surfs very well, even in very small waves. It takes off out to sea on unbroken waves and makes the most of the board’s maneuverability and direct feel to surf right to shore.

The ROCKET SUP DW PRO is available in two constructions: bamboo or carbon. This model benefits from an ultralight bamboo deck construction. By using a single layer of bamboo only in the deck, this construction has been optimized to ensure the board is as light as possible without sacrificing strength and durability. The foiling feel is extremely direct, and control is absolute throughout the entire downwind run, even at high speeds.

Naturally, the bamboo version is slightly less rigid than the carbon one, especially when pumping, but its performance potential in the water is similar, as both boards have the same shape and program.

A double edge protector, along with reinforced construction along the edges and near the cockpit, protects the board from impacts and paddle shocks.
