Updated with a narrower tail (pinched tail) and precisely adjusted fin positions, the new MAGNET CARBON offers greater versatility in small waves, while keeping the high-performance pop, fast acceleration and control that make it a strapless freestyle benchmark.
The new pinched tail improves edge-to-edge performance, letting the board turn more easily and surf small waves more fluidly. The new fin configuration works in harmony with the pinched tail to improve responsiveness and precision. The rocker is unchanged, keeping the speed, power and stability that make this board so effective in aerials.
Pop remains one of the main qualities of the MAGNET CARBON. In waves, take-offs are easy and, even on flat water, the board delivers exceptional lift. Thanks to its surreally light weight and extremely thin profile, the board seems to levitate under your feet during aerials, letting you chain trick after trick while the board follows your every move.
Its reduced thickness gives greater control and an innovative flex that bring more comfort and precision both while riding and on landings, even in the most demanding conditions. Landings are controlled and smooth thanks also to the combination of the deep, precisely carved channels on the underside of the board and the right level of flex. The thin edges and compact shape offer extraordinary responsiveness and balance in the air.
The pad covers enough of the board’s surface to provide the extra grip you need in any situation. In addition, a grab handle (grab rail) is built into the deck so you can hold the board easily during tic-tacs.
